HGH – The Key Hormone

HGH is Human Growth Hormone, a natural hormone produced in the pituitary gland of the brain. HGH is a key hormone because it controls so many functions. It’s responsible for youth, vitality, energy and all of the health benefits we associate with youth.

When we reach the age of 60, we produce about half of the HGH we did when we were 20 years old. This means that we can have less energy, a weaker immune system and retain more body fat.

HGH is also considered the “master hormone” controlling many organs and body functions and is directly responsible for stimulating tissue repair, cell replacement, brain functions, and enzyme function!

Its human growth hormone that grows the bones, cells and muscles and organs, and it is the diminishing levels of the human growth hormone after age 20 starts the aging process. Eating foods with certain amino acids, arginine, lysine, and ornithine can promote the bodies natural release of growth hormone. Example of foods that will help you maintain higher HGH levels are beans, potatoes, pastas and whole grains.

Fasting for more that 24 hours decreases the blood glucose levels and this in turn stimulates the secretion of human growth hormone

Regular exercise will also help maintain better HGH levels , along with a good diet. By not eating food at least two hour prior to exercising gives a better results. Taking supplements to increase HGH levels will also make a dramatic increase in your overall wellness.
